We retain enquiry data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of last contact. Booking-related data (name, contact details, programme records) is retained for 7 years for accounting and tax compliance purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.

Website analytics data is retained for 12 months in aggregated, anonymised form.
